1. Overview

VibroSystM is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information, and recognizes the importance of appropriate policies and practices to protect such personal information.

VibroSystM has designated a Privacy Officer, who is responsible for ensuring that the Company has appropriate policies and practices in place to safeguard any personal information in its custody and control. The privacy officer is also responsible for monitoring compliance of these policies and processes with the applicable requirements.

VibroSystM ensures that it has reasonable security measures in place and employs adequate organizational, physical and technical controls and safeguards, to prevent loss or misuse of, unauthorized disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or destruction of, or unauthorized access to personal information in its custody and control, and continuously works towards improvement.

Personal information is retained for as long as is reasonable to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected, for legitimate business purposes or legal requirements. When destruction is appropriate, VibroSystM will employ appropriate measures to destroy personal information.

On your written request, VibroSystM will use reasonable efforts to provide you with access to personal information about you in our possession. You have the right to access and challenge the accuracy and completeness of any personal information about you in our possession, and to have such information amended, subject to exceptions permitted or required by applicable law.
