Privacy Policy

VibroSystM is also referred to as “Company”.

1. Overview

VibroSystM is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information, and recognizes the importance of appropriate policies and practices to protect such personal information.

VibroSystM has designated a Privacy Officer, who is responsible for ensuring that the Company has appropriate policies and practices in place to safeguard any personal information in its custody and control. The privacy officer is also responsible for monitoring compliance of these policies and processes with the applicable requirements.

VibroSystM collects and processes personal information in a lawful manner, in accordance with the highest ethical standards, and to the extent strictly necessary to carry out its ordinary business operations. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, referred to as “policy”) outlines our policies and practices in managing, gathering, storing and using the personal information of individuals who are representatives of our customers (including prospective customers), those who use our websites and applications, those who are or are representatives of our service providers and suppliers.

By providing personal information to us (whether via our website, applications, by email, in person or over the phone), you agree to the processing set out in this policy as well as authorize VibroSystM to process your personal information for the purposes set out herein.

This policy does not apply to, and VibroSystM is not responsible for, any third-party websites which may be accessible through links from our websites. If you follow a link to any of these third-party websites, they will have their own privacy policies and you will need to check these policies before you submit any personal information to such third-party websites.

2. Personal Information

In order to carry out its business operations, VibroSystM must collect several types of personal information, all while ensuring that such personal information is adequate, relevant, not excessive and used for limited purposes.

For the purposes of this policy, "personal information" means information which relates to a natural person and allows that person to be identified. The notion of personal information does not cover anonymous information that cannot be used to identify an individual.

This policy applies to the personal information we obtain through VibroSystM’s properties, including websites, applications and social media pages (“online channels”); and offline collection in connection with engagement with sales, marketing, engagement with customers, service providers and suppliers (“offline channels”) - collectively, the “Channels”.

VibroSystM collects personal information, which may include the following:

  • contact information (such as name, telephone number, email and postal address) for you or for others (e.g., principals in your business);
  • information used to create your online account (such as username and password);
  • purchase and customer service history;
  • financial information (such as payment information, including name, billing address and payment card details (i.e., card number, expiration date and security code); bank account information;
  • location data (such as data derived from your IP address, country and zip code) and the geolocation of your device where we have provided notice and choice, as appropriate.

Such information is, generally, obtained directly from you, including, for example, through your use of our websites, applications, when you send us an email, visit our premises, or otherwise contact or communicate with us. Providing personal information to us is voluntary on your part. If you choose not to provide us certain information, we may not be able to offer you certain products and services. The legal basis for VibroSystM processing your personal information as described above will typically be one of the following: your consent; performance of a contract with you or a relevant party; our legitimate business interests; or compliance with our legal obligations.

3. Purposes for Collection and Use of Personal Information

VibroSystM collects personal information only for the following purposes:

  • to administer and manage our business operations;
  • to create and maintain effective business relationships and to communicate with you;
  • to provide products and/or services to its customers;
  • to provide customer service and respond to requests or inquiries;
  • to tailor our marketing programs and campaigns, and to provide you with newsletters, announcements, invitations and other information about products and services;
  • to meet legal requirements.

4. Cookies

Like most companies, VibroSystM uses cookies on its websites. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your device (if you allow), that enables the website's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

5. Disclosure of Personal Information

Any access to personal information will be limited to those that require such information to perform the functions for which personal information was collected. VibroSystM will not sell your personal information to anyone. We may engage service providers to process personal information on our behalf, but such third parties will be restricted to using personal information only for the purposes we set out and may not use or disclose it for any other purpose.

We may disclose personal information about you if we are required or permitted to do so by applicable law or legal process; to law enforcement authorities or other government officials to comply with a legitimate legal request; when we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss; to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights; in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraud or illegal activity; or otherwise with your consent.

6. Protection and Retention of Personal Information

VibroSystM protects personal information in a manner that is appropriate for the sensitivity of the information. VibroSystM ensures that it has reasonable security measures in place and employs adequate organizational, physical and technical controls and safeguards, to prevent loss or misuse of, unauthorized disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or destruction of, or unauthorized access to personal information in its custody and control, and continuously works towards improvement.

Personal information is retained for as long as is reasonable to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected, for legitimate business purposes or legal requirements. When destruction is appropriate, VibroSystM will employ appropriate measures to destroy personal information.

7. Access to and Correction of Personal Information

On your written request, VibroSystM will use reasonable efforts to provide you with access to personal information about you in our possession. You have the right to access and challenge the accuracy and completeness of any personal information about you in our possession, and to have such information amended, subject to exceptions permitted or required by applicable law.

8. Changes to this policy

VibroSystM may update this policy from time to time; any changes shall be posted.
