POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Manager must promote VibroSystM’s unique solutions for the monitoring of large rotating machines as well as its specialized services in the energy domain. The sale of our new ZOOMWatch Program, resulting from a 30 years’ expertise in our patented technology, is an ideal opportunity for competitive and motivated candidates who wish to increase their revenue through commissions on sales.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is fluent in the relevant market’s language and has good technical skills. He must also be ready to travel and talented in the art of convincing project managers.
VibroSystM offers an interesting basic salary including an expense account, unlimited commission on sales as well as a prime upon reaching the objective.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present our monitoring solutions as well as our ZOOMWatch Program to project officials with the help of the provided sale tools;
- Identify business opportunities and manage all aspects of the sale;
- Be attentive to the client’s needs;
- Gather all the necessary information to prepare the proposals;
- Keep the computerized management system up to date;
- Communicate the clients’ requirements to the project managers;
- Cover the territory in an efficient and economical manner;
- Participate in fairs, corporate events or any other activity as requested by the management;
- Ensure to meet the targeted sales objective;
- Verify the client’s satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Be competitive, very motivated and organized;
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills;
- French and English bilingualism;
- Ready to travel frequently;
- Experience in technical sales;
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
ASSETS
- Knowledge on hydro electrical or thermal central;
