The ZOOM software is a powerful solution for on-line monitoring, data analysis and diagnostics of large rotating machinery, such as hydro and turbo generating machines.
Result of over 15 years of continuous development, the ZOOM software is the universal platform for all our on-line monitoring software. Its modular design comprises a common core for graphic user interface, system configuration and controls, acquisition management and data storage, data analysis and display, and networking. Individual plug-ins provide system-specific controls, acquisition, analysis and graphic functionalities. It is the main software for our AGMS and ZOOM systems, as well as the backbone for the ThermaWatch-Stator, ZOOM-Look and future software.
Analysis & Display
The software offers various data analyses and graphic displays: X-Y rectangular graphs, polar graphs of air gap and blade tip clearance, FFT spectrum graph, shaft orbit graph, stator core and stator winding thermal mapping, and supervisory display. Each graph offers a set of graphic tools and functionalities for analysis enhancement.
Networking & Sharing
It can perform local and remote monitoring as standalone or over a distributed network of computers through a plant LAN, corporate WAN or the internet. It can share information with the plant PLC/DCS/SCADA network with the use of the BRIDGE bidirectional gateway.
You can export/save data of specific measurements on disk for future direct access and forward by e-mail to others outside the plant who can use their own ZOOM software to study data.
Alarm Annunciation
It performs immediate on-screen warning of alarms and can send remote alarm notifications by e-mail, pager or cell phone.
