VibraWatch revolutionizes the vibration instrumentation industry with an innovative universal proximity probe and a programmable instrumentation rack.

It is perfectly suited for vibration, proximity and displacement applications in hydrogenerating and turbogenerating machines, as well as large industrial electric motors.

The PCS series universal proximity probes offer better performance and ease of installation than eddy-current probes at a lower price. They are based on a patented ROF™ technology which makes them "electrical runout-free" – i.e. target characteristics (types of material, surface finish and imperfections, alloy impurities, residual magnetism) have no effect on readout. These same characteristics have been as many unsolved limitations for decades with eddy current probes. This ensures more accurate and reliable results for alarm monitoring and vibration analysis.

The PCS-302 and PCS-304 probes are direct-to-instrumentation devices – embedded electronics with 2 and 4 mm / 79 and 158 mils ranges. No field probe driver or on-site calibration required. This means less equipment to buy and hassle-free implementation.

The PCU-100 instrumentation rack is a digital and programmable signal processor. It allows on-line configuration in minutes, simultaneous processing of up to 8 signals, and offers a variety of processed outputs (4-20mA and 0-10V) and alarm relays.
