• Results Interpretation (RIS): Machine/generator condition and behavioral assessment service by hydroelectric machine experts, based on a series of test measurements performed with our AGMS, ZOOM and other systems.
   
• Turnkey Installation*: Our technician performs all installation works and commissioning of the supplied goods. Availability of customer’s qualified personnel is required.
   
• Supervision*: Our technician supervises installation of supplied goods by customer’s qualified personnel or its contractor on the first or several machines. Subsequent visits may be required to inspect works performed by customer or its contractor.
  
  * In both cases, the machine/generator must be ready (stopped and cooled, access cleared, safety measures in place) and available for our technician to begin installation of supplied goods or inspection of works done upon his arrival. Customer is expected to provide full cooperation to dedicate an uninterrupted period of intervention.
   
• Training: Our technician will properly instruct customer’s personnel on how to operate and maintain the previously installed VibroSystM equipment. Training is aimed to be given once over one or multiple consecutive sessions to a group of people immediately following completion of installation and commissioning of equipment.
   
• Stator Wedging Verification: Our technician performs an evaluation of stator wedging tightness and forecast of rewedging requirements using an automated device.
   

Other services

• Pre-Installation Visit (Engineering):
  Our technician may be required to visit the facility prior to manufacturing and shipping of equipment to plan installation, identify difficulties, and give preliminary instructions to customer or its contractor. This visit is mandatory for the “Installation or As-Installed Drawings” service hereafter.
   
• Installation or As-Installed Drawings (CAD):
  Set of CAD drawings of proposed installation or
  as-installed layout showing sensors, enclosures and cabling for each supplied good, or to be connected to.
